L is for LACKHAM MUSEUM OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL LIFE TRUST This charitable Trust was initially formed in 2000 through combining members of the Friends of Lackham Museum and the Wiltshire Life Society. In a unique partnership, the newly created Wiltshire College generously agreed to manage the Museum collections on behalf of the Trust and secure its long-term future. Through joining the Trust, you can passively or actively support it in its promotion of a wider understanding of the agricultural practices and rural life of Wiltshire through the preservation and interpretation of the Museum collections.
